On Monday, May 22nd, 2023, at 9:21 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported battery that had just occurred at Denny’s, 1991 Lander Ave, Turlock, between a man and a woman.
When officers arrived on scene, they contacted the victim, Danielle Oie, 27, of Turlock.
When questioned, Oie stated that the incident was not domestic violence related and that she didn’t want to be a victim of anything.
When officers had their dispatcher run Oie, they discovered that she had a $100,500 felony bench warrant out of Stanislaus County for battery against a custodial officer.
Oie was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on her warrant.
