At about 3:08am Saturday, Turlock Police responded to a 9-1-1 security check at Hollybrook Townhouses in the 900 block of N. Olive Avenue.

There were at least three 9-1-1 hang-ups from an apartment, and there was history there between Ruth Gomez, 39, of Turlock, and her boyfriend in disturbances and assaults.

Gomez had a $75,000 local felony warrant of arrest for child abuse inflicting corporal injury, as well as a $3,340 local misdemeanor bench warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08% or greater, and driving without a valid license.

Officers arrived on scene and heard a disturbance still going on inside the apartment.

Eventually, Gomez was contacted and arrested without incident.

Gomez was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on her warrants.
