Turlock police are looking for a couple who assaulted a victim and hijacked his vehicle at gunpoint Friday night, after the victim gave the couple a ride.
At approximately 8:37 p.m. Friday, Turlock police responded to the McDonald’s on West Main Street on the report of a carjacking.
The victim had allegedly given a man and woman a ride, when the male suspect assaulted the victim and held the him at gunpoint, said Turlock police spokesperson Officer Mayra Lewis.
The male suspect then took the victim’s wallet and vehicle, said Lewis.
No arrests have been made at this time. The suspects are described as a heavy-set Hispanic female and a heavy-set male.
The Turlock Police Department has not released a description of the vehicle at this time.
