The unofficial General Election results for Turlock and Stanislaus County voters reported by the Stanislaus County Clerk Recorder’s Office and the Secretary of State’s Office are updated as often as new data is received after the polls close at 8pm. Many ballots are not counted on Election Day; county elections officials must report final official results to the Secretary of State by December 7, 2012.
According to the Stanislaus County Clerk Recorder’s Office, as of 8:02pm with 46.51 percent of Turlock’s 43 precincts counted, Amy Bublak and Steven Nascimento are each leading to be elected to the Turlock City Council.
Turlock City Council election voting results have initially been reported with these vote totals and percentage of votes received: Amy Bublak (4,110/ 31.67%), Steven Nascimento (3,875/ 29.86%), Mary Jackson (3,577/ 27.56%), and Sergio Alvarado (1,389/ 10.70%).
According to the Secretary of State’s Office, as of 8:39pm with 32.9 percent ( 167 of 507 ) precincts partially reporting, U.S. House of Representatives District 10 Candidate Jeff Denham (R-Turlock) has 45,467 votes (55.6%) over Candidate Jose Hernandez (D) with 36,239 (44.4%).
