a. (Action) 2013 CSBA Delegate Assembly Nominations (Da Marto)
i. Nominations for a representative to CSBA’s Delegate Assembly are being accepted until January 7, 2013. Nominations must be postmarked by the post office on or before January 7th, 2013, without exception. Election results will be published and disseminated to the membership by April 1, 2013.
ii. Turlock Unified School District is in Subregion 8-C (Stanislaus County) and has thee delegates. There are two seats up for reelection this year. Delegate Assembly nominations within each geographic subregion or area must be made by members of the Board within the subregion or region and nominations must be members of the Board with that region.

i. Administration will present information regarding the General Education Budget Report

i. The District’s First Interim Report, as required by Education Code Section 35015, will be presented for information and certification by the Board of Trustees.
ii. It is recommended the Board of Trustees certify that the District will be able to meet is financial obligations for the remainder of the year, and based on current forecasts, for the subsequent two fiscal years.
