It didn’t take long after the official start of the season for Turlock to receive some fall weather.

Some light rain has hit Turlock Thursday morning, along with some cooler temperatures, which could continue throughout the day.

However, Weather.com reports that the wet weather is expected to be short-lived with a zero percent chance of rain all weekend. Temperatures are expected to be in the low 80s all weekend.

With the weather being what it is currently, Turlock High School has postponed the THS Idol competition until Friday at lunch.

This isn’t the first time Turlock has had some rain in the past week. On Saturday evening a storm hit Turlock, but came and went very quickly.
