Consider submittal of the Report of Survey, Statement of Proposed Charge to include Stanislaus County APN 046-110-041, containing 9.73 acres, owned by Daniel I. Morrison, into Improvement District No. 106A, known as the Wilhelm Ditch, and authorization to schedule a public hearing for January 11, 2011 at 9:00 a.m.

2. Motion Approving Application for Installation of a 12-inch Sidegate in Upper Lateral 3 by Bill Ottman
