The Turlock Police Department will be hosting a Citizens Police Academy starting February 24, 2011. The program is designed to give the participants a working knowledge of the Turlock Police Department and the criminal justice system. The program consists of a series of eleven classes and discussions held once a week, on Thursday evenings typically from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. There is no cost to anyone who enrolls.
