Another Turlock star can be found on television screens, starring on FX’s “American Horror Story: Freak Show.”
Erika Ervin, who was born in Turlock in 1980, is starring as the self-titled character “Amazon Eve” on this season of the hit FX show.
Ervin, an actress and model, is transgendered. She said she came out as transgendered around 2004, but did not receive much support from her family
The star, who stands 6 feet, 8 inches tall, was awarded the Guinness World Record for being the World’s Tallest Professional Model in 2011.
She is also famous for her role on Netflix’s “Hemlock Grove.”
Ervin can be seen on “American Horror Story: Freak Show” Wednesday at 10 p.m. on FX.
