On Tuesday, August 2nd, 2022, at 12:34 am, a Turlock Police sergeant in the 1200 block of N Golden State Blvd, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.
The sergeant made contact with and identified the vehicle’s driver and his passenger, Ralph Herrera, 53, of Turlock.
The sergeant then had his dispatcher run both subjects. Herrera returned with two misdemeanor warrants for trespassing, theft, and possession of methamphetamines.
Herrera was arrested and released on a citation on his warrants.
