City of Turlock and Turlock Police Department crews are on scene and letting some traffic through by holding up the railroad crossing arms.

Eastbound Monte Vista Avenue is blocked completely between Countryside Drive and Golden State Boulevard.

Additionally, some turn lanes are closed at the Monte Vista and Golden State Boulevard intersection.
