Turlock police officers have blocked off southbound Golden State Boulevard between Atherstone Road and Taylor as they investigate a major vehicle collision.
This morning, two damaged vehicles are in the middle of the intersection of Golden State and Atherstone. Both have sustained heavy damage to the rear.
Another silver vehicle that sustained heavy damage is just past the intersection and located on the side of the road.
Southbound Golden State is blocked between Taylor Road and Atherstone Road. Left turns onto southbound Golden State from Atherstone are also blocked off.
Right turns off of Atherstone are still allowed onto northbound Golden State and through traffic on North Golden State is still able to pass freely at this time.
