Consider request from Bruce Doerksen, 5201 S. Quincy Road, Denair, to install a new 12-inch sidegate in Upper Lateral 2 1/2 to serve approximately 19 acres of almond trees.

Consider request from Ron Hickman, 3804 Romie Way, Denair, to install a new 36-inch sidegate in Lateral 6, to serve 4.5 acres of pasture.

3. Motion Approving Application for Installation of a Sidegate by Larry Johnson
Consider request from Larry Johnson, 4346 E. Taylor Rd., Ceres, to install a new 12-inch sidegate in Upper Lateral 3, to serve approximately 20 acres of row crops.

5. Resolution Authorizing Survey and Preparation of Charges for Proposed Assessment of Proposed Inclusion into Improvement District No. 1328, known as the Souza Pump District
Consider adoption of a resolution and receipt of petition, authorizing the survey and preparation of charges to include APN 058-026-005 containing 18.50-acres, and APN 058-026-006 containing 35.30-acres, owned by A & N Zylstra 1999 Trust, into Improvement District No. 1328, known as the Souza Pump District.
