Consider adoption of a resolution and receipt of petition, authorizing the survey and preparation of charges to include APN 058-014-013, containing 9.07-acres, owned by James Vieira; and a 16.94-acre portion of APN 058-014-026, owned by Hughes 2006 Revocable Trust, into Improvement District No. 98, known as the Neuman Ditch.
