At about 12:10am Sunday, Turlock Police Officer Gursky made a traffic stop at McDonald’s in the 2000 block of W. Main Street.
Gursky had observed the vehicle do at least three donuts in the Regal Turlock parking lot across the street.
Gursky made contact with and identified the vehicle’s two occupants, including driver Riley Mulvihill, 18, of Turlock.
Mulvihill was arrested and released on a citation for reckless driving.
Additionally, his vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.
