Turlock police are looking for two male suspects who allegedly kidnapped a victim at gunpoint and robbed him last week.
At approximately 7:58 p.m. on Feb. 20, Turlock police received a call from a male subject claiming that he had been kidnapped about 30 minutes prior to calling.
According to Turlock police spokesperson Officer Mayra Lewis, the victim told officers that he had been approached by a Hispanic male armed with a handgun at the AMPM at 1801 Lander Ave.
The suspect forced the victim to drive him to another location where he picked up the second suspect, said Lewis. The victim was then forced to drive the two to Modesto.
At some point in the kidnapping, the victim was told to empty his pockets, said Lewis.
Once in Modesto, the suspects got out of the car and the victim was able to drive away and make the report.
The two suspects were described as Hispanic male adults around 25 years old. One was described as clean-shaven and wearing sunglasses. The other suspect was wearing a black hoodie.
The victim was not injured in the kidnapping.
Anyone with information on the incident can contact the Turlock Police Department at 209-668-1200.
