Two male subjects were arrested on Tuesday after being involved in an altercation over a damaged truck.
Officers responded to the 100 block East Main Street at approximately 11:55 p.m. on Tuesday after an argument broke out between two men.
According to Turlock police spokesperson Sgt. Stephen Webb, Jacob Beaughan, 25, threw a cell phone at the truck of Darron Silva, 31, which caused minor damage to the truck.
An argument ensued and Silva spit on Beaughan, reports the Turlock Police Department.
Beaughan was arrested for vandalism. Silva was arrested for battery.
