A female subject was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon after running over a male victim’s foot during a domestic dispute on March 11.

Turlock police responded to the 300 block of Sue Street at approximately 3:25 p.m. on the report of a domestic dispute.

Officers contacted Jessica Maldonado, 36, during the dispute and found that she had run over a male victim’s foot with her vehicle, reports the Turlock Police Department.

Maldonado was arrested and booked for assault with a deadly weapon and domestic related battery.

The male victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
