Turlock police arrested a male suspect on June 13 who was in possession pills that authorities believed he was selling.

Officers responded to the 1500 block of Elderwood Avenue around 10:45 p.m. after receiving a report of two subjects in parked vehicle possibly doing narcotics, said Turlock police spokesperson Sgt. Stephen Webb.

Turlock police located the vehicle and contact the suspect, later identified William Dugranrut, 24.

In the vehicle, officers saw several prescription pills that Dugranrut did not have a prescription for, said Webb.

During the course of the investigation, officers determined that Dugranrut had been selling the prescription pills, said Webb.

Dugranrut was arrested and booked for possession of heroin, possession of prescription pills, and sales of narcotics.
