A 39-year-old woman was arrested for a DUI after she was found unconscious and stopped in a vehicle with flat tires in front of a Turlock residence on Saturday night.
Laura Caratachea, 39, was arrested for DUI with her preliminary blood alcohol level more than three times the legal limit, according to the Turlock Police Department.
The suspect was stopped in front of a resident’s house near the Christoffersen Parkway and Berkeley Avenue intersection around 11:24 p.m.
According to the Turlock Police Department, Caratachea was stopped in front of the house and both left-side tires were flat — possibly from a collision.
Officers searched the nearby area, but were unable to find the location of a possible collision.
Upon further investigation, officers found that Caratachea had been under the influence and the preliminary blood alcohol level from Caratachea was more than three times the legal limit — 0.08 percent.
