$4,000,000 loan as financial assistance to EAH Housing, Inc., to develop an affordable
multi-family housing complex located at 500 West Linwood Avenue, Turlock (APN 044-

8. SCHEDULED MATTERS:
A. Request to award base bid and bid alternative A, and approving an agreement with
Teichert Construction, Inc. of Turlock, California, for City Project No. 0869, “Canal Drive

amount of $2,012,798.50 (Fund 133) with Teichert Construction, Inc. of Turlock,
California, for City Project No. 0869, “Canal Drive Reconstruction and Resurfacing”
Resolution: Transferring $60,227 of Prop 42 monies from Fund 134 “Streets – LTF” to
Fund 133 “Streets – Federal Projects” to complete the funding necessary for City Project
No. 0869, “Canal Drive Reconstruction and Resurfacing”
B. Request to accept the attached special briefing to the City Council on water issues that
considers supply, quality and financial issues in the short, medium, and long-terms
