At approximately 8:40 a.m., Turlock Police Department responded to a reported shooting on H Street.
Police officers arrived at the scene of a possible shooting on the 200 block of H Street, between Jessica and Emily streets.
As police officers were on scene, an apparent victim was seen being stretchered into an ambulance.
Even though Turlock Police arrived on scene, this incident occurred in a county island and is in the jurisdiction of the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department. Stanislaus Sheriff’s deputies arrived on scene at approximately 9 a.m.
