Have a hankering for a Grand Slam, but can't stand outdated décor? Turlock's Denny's is set to hold a grand reopening at 9 a.m. Tuesday, unveiling a modernized look and delicious new menu items.
According to Denny's, the remodeled restaurant features an “all-new, locally-inspired design, updated features, and a reinvigorated menu with a renewed focus on classic diner favorites.”
“(The) grand re-opening is not only an exciting day for the residents of Turlock, but for all of us at Denny’s as well,” said Denny’s General Manager Nareyda Zambrano. “We’ve been a key part of this community for nearly 20 years, and we couldn’t think of a better way to mark this occasion than with a 'Grand Slam' of a celebration.”
The first 100 diners will be treated to a complimentary “Original Grand Slam” breakfast, consisting of two pancakes, two eggs, two pieces of bacon, and two sausage links. Additional prizes will be given away during the daylong event, and those who purchase a limited-edition Turlock Denny's mug will receive free cups of coffee for one month.
Turlock's Denny's is located at 1991 Lander Ave. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
