At about 4:55pm Monday, Turlock Police, Turlock Fire, and American Medical Response responded to a security check at Quaile Rand Norton Park in the 500 block of S. Berkeley Avenue.

The caller had reported there was a man passed out behind the wheel of a gray Toyota sedan.

Officer Rocha arrived on scene within minutes and located a man unconscious in the driver seat displaying signs of an overdose.

Rocha immediately administered Narcan and provided aid until being relieved by firefighters and paramedics.

The man eventually woke up and was transported by American Medical Response to a local hospital.
