On Wednesday, June 28th, 2023, at 10:46 pm, a Turlock Police officer near a residence in the 500 block of Almond Ave, Turlock, observed a man driving a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on him.
The officer made contact with and identified the man as Curtis Berian, 43, of Turlock.
When the officer had his dispatcher run Berian, he discovered that he had a no-bail felony bench warrant for violation of parole.
Berian was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
