The Turlock Police Department is reporting that one male subject is believed to have been shot in a drive-by shooting on Park Street Saturday evening.
A drive-by shooting was reported to the Turlock Police Department on the 600 block of Park Street at 6:16 p.m., according to Turlock police spokesperson Lt. Miguel Pacheco.
No one was found on scene, said Pacheco, and there are no known witnesses at this time.
After the reported shooting, a male subject was admitted to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries caused from a gunshot, believed to be from the alleged drive-by, said Pacheco.
The victim was not taken to the hospital by ambulance or any other emergency service, but instead by a private party, said Pacheco.
At this time, the Turlock Police Department knows little about the incident, and only know that the victim was a passenger in a vehicle hit by the drive-by.
