Turlock police arrested and cited one suspect, while the other was able to successfully get away after shoplifting from Grocery Outlet on Thursday night.

Officers responded to Grocery Outlet, located at 1330 W. Main St., after receiving report of two suspects in the store were concealing merchandise in a baby stroller, said Turlock police spokesperson Officer Mayra Lewis.

A male suspect refused commands from a store employee and fled the scene on foot, said Lewis.

The other suspect, later identified as Terra Fahey, 29, was apprehended by officers outside of the store.

Stolen merchandise was returned to the store and Fahey was issued a citation for theft.

The male suspect was described as a Hispanic male wearing a black jacket and camo shorts.
