The Turlock Police Department is reporting that the man reported missing as of Sunday has returned home unharmed.
John Nissan, 52, had been reported missing after he did not show up to work, and had not been heard from since Sunday.
Nissan has since returned home with no injuries, according to a press release by the Turlock Police Department.
However, due to the “sensitive nature” of Nissan’s disappearance, the department is not releasing further details at this time.
At the time of his disappearance, Turlock police deemed Nissan’s disappearance as “suspicious” due to the circumstances of the investigation and the behavior being “unusual” for Nissan.
Although Nissan has returned home safely, he reports that his vehicle was stolen. Nissan’s vehicle was also reported missing at the time of his disappearance.
The missing vehicle is a 2007 gold Nissan Murano with California license plates 5WZM792.
Anyone with information regarding this case is asked to contact Detective Brandon Bertram at 209-664-7323.
