On Monday, January 2nd, 2023, at 8:37 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of Lander Ave and A St, Turlock, observed a driver violating the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on him.
The officer made contact with and identified the driver as Alvaro Santacruz, 38, of Stevinson.
When the officer had his dispatcher run Santacruz, he discovered that he had a $10,000 felony bench warrant out of Merced County for unlawful sexual intercourse.
Santacruz was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
