On Saturday, January 28th, 2023, at 10:45 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a burglary alarm at the Turlock Chamber of Commerce, 115 S Golden State Blvd, Turlock.
When officers arrived on scene, they did not see any signs of a burglary, however, one of them noticed a man who he believed had a felony warrant hanging out nearby.
Officers contacted Raymond Fajardo, 26, of Turlock, and had their dispatcher run him to confirm his warrant. Sure enough, Fajardo returned with a no-bail local felony bench warrant for resisting an executive officer in the performance of their duty by the use of force.
Fajardo was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
