On Saturday, May 13th, 2023, at 5:36 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of C St and S Broadway, Turlock, received information that a man with a felony warrant was in the area, so he began searching for him.
The officer located and made contact with the man, Jesus Perez, 43, of Keyes.
When the officer had his dispatcher run Perez to make sure he had a warrant, sure enough, he returned with a no-bail felony bench warrant out of Stanislaus County for manufacturing a controlled substance, as well as a $10,000 misdemeanor warrant out of Merced County for driving under the influence of drugs, driving while addicted to drugs, driving with a suspended driver’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of methamphetamines.
Perez was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrants.
