A male subject who had a little too much to drink was arrested after urinating on a vehicle in the Taco Bell drive-thru.

The subject was a passenger in a vehicle at the Taco Bell drive-thru on Geer Road around 1:22 a.m. on Dec. 21.

Ryan Vargas, 18, decided he could not hold it any longer and got out of the vehicle he was in and urinated on the car ahead of him in line, reports the Turlock Police Department.

The driver of the vehicle Vargas urinated on boxed in the vehicle the suspect came out of until police arrived, according to the Turlock Police Department.

The driver of that vehicle that was urinated on declined action against Vargas, but Vargas was ultimately arrested for being drunk in public.
