On Friday, July 8th, 2022, at 8:23 am, the Turlock Police Department, Turlock Fire Department, and Patterson District Ambulance were dispatched to a reported vehicle collision with injuries at Northern Refrigerated Transportation, 2700 W Main St, Turlock.
When crews arrived on scene, they found two vehicles involved. One was a classic Chevrolet coupe and the other was an International box truck.
The classic Chevrolet coupe had a single occupant who suffered moderate injuries and was ground transported by Patterson District Ambulance to a local hospital after having to be extricated by firefighters. The International box truck had a single occupant who did not suffer any injuries.
The classic Chevrolet coupe sustained major damage and was deemed inoperable as a result of the collision, requiring it to be towed away. The International box truck sustained minor damage and was able to be driven away from the scene.
It’s currently unknown how the collision occurred.
