At about 7:04pm Friday evening, Officer Ayala observed a driver doing a donut on W. Tuolumne Road just west of Countryside Drive, so he made a traffic stop on him.
Ayala made contact with and removed the driver from his vehicle, identifying him as Manpreet Singh, 23, of Turlock.
Singh was arrested and released on a citation for reckless driving, while his vehicle was impounded for 30 days.
Had Singh paid a little more attention before deciding to do a donut right in front of a black and white Turlock Police Department patrol vehicle, he wouldn’t have gotten arrested and lost his car.
