On Sunday, June 11th, 2023, at 9:13 am, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of Dels Ln and W Hawkeye Ave, Turlock, observed a man driving a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on him.
The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s two occupants, including Albert Urquidez, 35, of Turlock.
When the officer had his dispatcher run Urquidez, he discovered that he was on searchable probation for domestic violence inflicting corporal injury.
During a subsequent search of Urquidez, the officer located narcotics and evidence of their sales.
Urquidez was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of possession of methamphetamines for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia.
