On Monday, May 22nd, 2023, at 12:29 am, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of S First St and I St, Turlock, observed an occupied suspicious vehicle, so he got out with it.

The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s occupant as Raymond Beas, 47, of Modesto.

While speaking with Beas, the officer observed narcotics and paraphernalia on the passenger seat, so he removed him from the vehicle.

Beas was asked for consent to search him and the vehicle which he gave.
