At about 12:36am Friday, Turlock Police Officer Ruiz got out with a suspicious vehicle in the 400 block of W. Glenwood Avenue.
Ruiz made contact with and identified the vehicle’s two occupants, including driver Efrain Perez, 38, of Delhi.
When Ruiz had his dispatcher run the two, he discovered Perez had a misdemeanor bench warrant out of Merced County for an unknown weapon offense.
Perez was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
