On Tuesday, February 14th, 2023, at 12:49 am, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of West Ave S and South Ave, Turlock, observed a driver driving a vehicle without any license plates attached to it, so he made a traffic stop on him.

The officer made contact with and identified the driver as Kyle Story, 30, of Turlock.

When the officer had his dispatcher run Story, he discovered that he had a misdemeanor warrant out of the California Department of Child Support Services and his driver’s license was suspended.

Story was arrested and released on a citation on the charge of driving with a suspended driver’s license, as well as his warrant. Additionally, his vehicle was impounded.
