At about 2:21am Friday, Turlock Police responded to a suspicious person at McDonald’s in the 2400 block of Geer Road.
The caller reported a man had attempted to get into her vehicle and was trying to get into other people’s vehicles in the drive-through.
When officers arrived on scene, they located Jasdeep Samra, 39, of Turlock, sitting on the ground right in the middle of a drive-through lane, blocking it.
Samra got up and began to walk away when he noticed officers, but was still contacted.
Officers identified Samra and discovered he had a local misdemeanor bench warrant for elder abuse. He was also on searchable probation for the same charge.
Through the investigation, it was determined no new crimes had occurred.
Samra was arrested and released on a citation for his warrant.
