On Friday, January 13th, 2023, at 12:07 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported vandalism that had just occurred at 76 DoubleTime, 101 N Tully Rd, Turlock.

Officers arrived on scene and contacted the suspect, later identified as Guillermo Lopez, 39, of Denair.

Officers began investigating and determined that Lopez had thrown a brick at the victim’s pickup truck for no apparent reason and caused damage to it.

The victim stated that he did want Lopez prosecuted.

When officers had their dispatcher run Lopez, they discovered that he had a $2,500 civil bench warrant out of Stanislaus County.

Lopez was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on the charge of vandalism, as well as his warrant.
