On Sunday, January 1st, 2023, at 5:32 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported indecent exposure across the street from a residence in the 500 block of High St, Turlock, after a man had been seen exposing himself at the park.
When officers arrived on scene, they made contact with the caller who made a citizen’s arrest.
Officers then contacted the suspect, who identified himself as Robert Villarino, 64, of Modesto.
Villarino was arrested and released on a citation on charges of lewdly exposing private parts of their person in a public place where others are present to be annoyed or offended.
