At about 1:11am Wednesday, Turlock Police Officer Aziz got out with a suspicious person in front of Ross Dress for Less in the 2400 block of Geer Road.

Aziz immediately recognized the man as Brian Cosio, 54, of Turlock, someone who had previously been contacted many times.

Cosio had been yelling at himself nonstop for at least ten minutes and continued to yell while officers were out with him.

Cosio was displaying objective symptoms of being under the influence of drugs.

Cosio was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on the charge of disorderly conduct.
