At about 1:49am Wednesday, Turlock Police Officer Aziz got out with a suspicious person in front of Nineveh Imports in the 1500 block of Geer Road.

Aziz made contact with and identified the man as Daniel Caldera, 29, of Escondido.

During the contact, it was discovered Caldera was in possession of methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia.

Caldera was arrested and a search incident to arrest led to the discovery of some property belonging to a few different people. One of the items was a debit card, the owner of which had reported a debit card lost two weeks prior.

Caldera was released on a citation for receiving stolen property, possession of methamphetamines, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
