At about 1:24am Wednesday, Turlock Police Officer Silva got out with a suspicious person at Wally Falke’s Heating & Air Conditioning in the 1500 block of Lander Avenue.

Silva made contact with and identified Hector Vasquez, 32, of Turlock.

Vasquez was determined to be on searchable probation for vandalism and trespass admonished from three nearby businesses.

During the contact, Vasquez was found to be in possession of and under the influence of narcotics, and was unable to care for himself as a result.

Vasquez was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct.
