I would like to thank DJ Fransen for the tremendous job that he did covering the Turlock Junior Miss in the Turlock City News. My daughter Lauren participated in this year’s competition, and I truly stumbled across his website when I tried unsuccessfully to locate news and pictures of the event in the local papers. Not only did his website include pictures from the girls’ photo shoot with John Michael Terry, a complete list of the results, but over 700 fabulous photographs of the evening (including quality pictures taken by Robert Fernandes). I contacted Mr. Fransen to see if there was any way that I could get a few copies, and he personally took the time to have my pictures printed at Picturesque for me. In addition to this event, I was pleased to see such a wide coverage of Turlock events. Turlock City News will definitely be a source I will be using in the future. Thanks again DJ!!!
