The Stanislaus County Fair will host a job fair this month to fill hundreds of openings for the upcoming fair season.
The job fair will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. April 24 in Building E-2 at the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds.
Department supervisors will be on-site accepting applications for available positions at the 2014 Stanislaus County Fair.
“We are looking for the best possible staff to work at this year’s Fair,” said Chris Borovansky, CEO of the Stanislaus County Fair. “The Stanislaus County Fair is supported by its diverse community, and we want to show that job opportunities exist right here in Turlock.”
These open positions include, but are not limited to: ticket sellers and takers, maintenance staff, office staff, exhibit clerks, and security. Nearly 500 people were hired at last year’s job fair for the mostly temporary positions.
