A victim of a hit and run on Wednesday followed the suspect until he was eventually arrested by police and found to be in possession of cocaine.
The Turlock Police Department received report of a hit and run at approximately 8:47 p.m. on Wednesday.
According to Turlock police spokesperson Officer Mayra Lewis, a driver in a green Honda sideswiped a white Ford while traveling side by side on eastbound Fulkerth Road.
The Honda was attempting to make a lane change when the collision occurred, said Lewis.
