On Friday, November 18th, 2022, at 8:54 pm, the Turlock Police Department, Stanislaus State Police Department, Turlock Fire Department, and American Medical Response were dispatched to a reported vehicle collision in the 2000 block of Georgia Way, Turlock.
When crews arrived on scene, they found two vehicles involved. The first one was a gray Subaru SUV, which had overturned and was on its roof, and the second one was a white Chevrolet SUV.
The gray Subaru SUV had a single occupant, its driver, an elderly woman, who suffered minor injuries and refused to be transported to the hospital. The white Chevrolet SUV was parked on the side of the road and unoccupied when the collision occurred.
The gray Subaru SUV sustained moderate damage and was deemed inoperable as a result of the collision, requiring it to be towed away. The white Chevrolet SUV sustained minor damage and was left parked where it was.
It’s currently unknown how the collision occurred.
