On Sunday, October 30th, 2022, at 1:22 am, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported disturbance in progress at Memo’s Cocina & Tequila Bar, 139 W Main St, Turlock.
When officers arrived on scene, they attempted to make contact with the involved parties, however, one of them, later identified as Christopher Lockett, 33, of Modesto, began walking away.
Officers gave Lockett several lawful orders to stop, however, he refused to do so. He was eventually arrested without incident.
Lockett was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of obstructing or resisting a peace officer or other public officer and public intoxication.
