San Francisco 49ers quarterback, and Turlock native, Colin Kaepernick can add another win to his already promising career — the winner of the “GQ Style Wars.”

Kaepernick was named as the best-dressed NFL star, as voted by fans, defeating such challengers as Dallas Cowboys’ DeMarco Murray, Houston Texans’ Arian Foster, and 49ers teammate Michael Crabtree.

Along with being named the champion of the Style Wars, GQ is donating $10,000 to the charity of Kaepernick’s choice — Camp Taylor.

“Thanks everyone who took the time to vote, and a big thanks to GQ for putting together this creative program,” Kaepernick told GQ. “It’s all about the kids at Camp Taylor, and to be able to give these kids something to smile about is the biggest win to me.”

Camp Taylor, which helps children and families with heart disease, took to Twitter to share their thanks for the donation from GQ.

“We are THRILLED to win $10K from [GQ] for [Kaepernick] being voted the MOST STYLISH [NFL] player!” Camp Taylor wrote on Twitter.
